The staff where awesome and friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great big spread.

The hotel is excellent value. It's facilities leave many supposed 5-star hotels we've stayed at to shame. Now that Havelock MTR (underground rail network) has opened, and being 200 metres away, access to much of Singapore island is now easily available. While it may seem to be away from the action, the reality is that with the MTR, and a scenic short walk beside the Singapore River to Clarke Quay and its restaurants and bars as well as those along the way, the Grand Copthorne Waterfront is a perfect location to experience old and new Singapore. The expansive view from our room was an additional bonus. We've stayed at many Singapore hotels over the years, but I can honestly say that from now on, it will be the Grand Copthorne Waterfront for future stays! A special 'thanks' to all of the staff, but particularly Shirley Chng, for her cheerful assistance and service, which added to our stay experience. 😊

Comfortable, staff were fantastic, Nazim on the front desk was great. Danael on Concierge also worth special mention, he was always willing to help and answer questions. Both demonstrated great customer service. The breakfast was also wonderful with great options and so much choice with differnt cuisines to choose from. The staff were fantastic, my daughter has a Gluten allergy and the staff were very attentative and helpful. The facilities were great with lots of choices and top class. Finally, the location is a major bonus, very straightforward getting to must see locations of Marina Sands & Gardens by the Bay and many others. Loved our time with Grand Copthorne.
